Privacy Policy

1. Data we store

• Account data: email address, sign-in details and the date you accepted our Terms.
• Business content: your business profile, chat messages, project reports, uploaded files, SOPs, expenses, receipts and tasks.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance and usage history. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To run the Service and show you your own data.
• To generate AI responses. Your content is sent to third-party AI model providers to produce answers; they process it on our behalf to return a response.
• To bill you, prevent abuse and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who can see your data

Each workspace is private to your account. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, AI model providers, payments), or when the law requires it. See the full sub-processor list on our GDPR page.

4. You own your data

Your business content belongs to you. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & data, and you can ask us to delete your account and data from the same place or by emailing privacy@example.com. We will delete it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

6. AI disclaimer

AI output is informational, may contain errors, and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

AI-generated personas in the Service are inspired by the publicly known frameworks of certain business thinkers; they are not those individuals, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. See our Terms for the full statement.
