Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

Your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your card is charged automatically when the trial ends.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops renewing. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once any of their credits have been used.
• If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong on our side, email support@example.com within 14 days and we will make it right.

Credits after cancelling

Unused monthly plan credits end with your billing period. Purchased pack credits stay on your account.

Failed AI requests

If an AI request fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
