Terms of Sale (CGV)

Legal template for lawyer review. Payments are not connected. Purchases and card-required trials cannot currently be started.

1. Seller and service

Company LLC, 123 Main Street, City, State ZIP, registration Company registration / SIREN number, provides access to The CEO. Contact: support@example.com. The service includes AI-generated perspectives, projects, SOPs, expenses and team tasks. No business outcome is guaranteed. Features may depend on the plan and available credits.

2. Prices, currency and taxes

Tax treatment to confirm: Confirm whether displayed prices include taxes and which taxes apply. Prices are provisional. The final price and applicable taxes must be displayed before payment.

3. Subscriptions and trial

Once payments are enabled, the planned trial lasts 14 days, requires a card and includes 50 credits once per account. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription will be charged and renew monthly at the accepted price. The date and amount must be shown before ordering. Cancel through Billing, Manage subscription, or contact support if that control is unavailable. Paid access remains until the end of the paid period. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents a charge.

4. Credits

AI actions consume credits at the rates shown in the service. Monthly credits are used first, reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased pack credits are used afterwards and do not expire while the account exists. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Failed AI requests return the credits they consumed. Non-AI features do not consume credits.

5. Payment and acceptance

Stripe will process payments after the payment service is connected. The seller does not store full card numbers. Before ordering, customers must accept the Terms of Service and these Terms of Sale. No payment is available today.

6. Right of withdrawal

LAWYER-REVIEW PLACEHOLDER: consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, including 14 days where applicable law requires it. Starting a digital service early requires a separate express request or consent. Whether and when that right can be lost, and whether any payment is due, depends on the legal classification of the service and applicable law. General acceptance of these terms is not a waiver. Future checkout must collect any legally required consent separately.

7. Refunds

8. Availability and liability

Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Customers must verify AI answers before acting. Any liability limit requires legal review and cannot exclude mandatory consumer protections.

9. Mediation and disputes
