Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Company LLC ("we", "us") for your use of The CEO (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around limits or security of the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.

3. Free trial, subscription and auto-renewal

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan you chose, and your subscription then renews automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Credits

• AI features use credits. Non-AI features (tasks, expenses, projects, exports) do not.
• Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Purchased pack credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires.

6. Your content

You own the content you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you, including sending it to AI model providers to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy.

7. AI disclaimer

AI output is for information only. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and it is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use the output.

8. Business thinkers referenced in the boardroom, no affiliation

The Service presents AI-generated personas and perspectives inspired by the publicly known frameworks and writings of certain business thinkers (for example Alex Hormozi, Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs). These personas are generated by AI software; they are not the real individuals, and their outputs are our software's own synthesis of publicly available ideas. Company LLC and the Service are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these individuals or their companies, and nothing in the Service should be read as these individuals speaking, advising you directly, or approving The CEO.

9. Trademarks

Go High Level, Meta, Slack, Discord, Skool and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to them in the Service (for example to describe a planned integration) is for identification purposes only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

12. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can close your account anytime by contacting us.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, USA.
